Love is like a mountain    Why do many people underestimate love? People think that love always comes naturally, but i say love is a choice that you make, you choose to love someone or choose not to love someone. There are people who choose to love animals, yet you hear from others who would say "i hate animals ( pets)". We see there that its an choice and not an obligation.    I see love as an mountain who is waiting to be climbed on to , something solid , unbreakable, calm , patient, strong, tall and mighty. Making the choice to love something or someone is the most challenging but exciting choice ever that one can make, imaging climbing a mountain or even a little hill, how tiring it can be, along the way you even wish to perhaps give up or even just turn around and go back home. THE LIFE IN THE OUTSIDE WORLD It's quite funny how one day you are living a free and peaceful life , suddenly that all changes to bondful and stressfull life. I always dreamt of getting married and having kids of my own within my marriage, being faithful to one woman, and being a true man of God . Well my life changed in a blink of an eye, without even having a moment to sit down and think i guess, in truth i had that moment to decide but ignorance was a very bad choice i took. One moment you have friends the next everybody is looking at you as if they never knew you, i think thats one of the most painful moments in my life, and yet the most awarding one. When you are in the situation where i was , you totally get blinded by all truths, in your mind you know that drinking, smoking, lying, and adultry is wrong. but you just dont see it that way cause you dont think the same anymore. Its one of the most toughest things to do in life, STARTING ALL OVER!!!! I have never experienced something so hard and at times discouraging, its the moment in whereby everything you got yourself use to that one has to let go off. That means bad friends, influences of this life.. going to wrong places etc! learning is part of life and yes, sure thing i had to learn in the hard way that life without God , a life of a visionary was the way to go, thinking that you have lost Him and not caring cause one tends to think that He stopped caring and that God had so many other people to look after was in my mind. why is it that many young people, desire the lives of others? A young man, thought having what others have would make him happy, despising what he really wanted. He would chase after what his friends had conquered, thinking it would be good for him as well. in that way he was never happy and became very insecure, he no longer lived the life that he wanted but he lived the lives of others. my conclusions is this: having found Jesus in my personal life, i have learned to pursue after what i want, we can't lust after what others have, but we have to pursue after our own dreams and desires, for it is the will of God for you to be happy. what do you gain friend by wanting to be like others? we can learn from others, and how they pursued after their dreams and conquered them,but we can't lust after their lives.
